Hey Auburn Nation!! This month we are celebrating the seniors! I interviewed five seniors on their time here and what are at least one favorite memory that they have at AAA.
How has your time here at AAA been?
Nathan: “I have thoroughly enjoyed my time spent here at AAA. The teachers and staff are here to ensure we do our best and learn more about God every step of the way. This school is a breeding ground for friendships that will last a lifetime, as well as a place where we can prepare to face challenges in our future and ready ourselves for our career. Athletics have been a large part of my high school experience and the athletics here at AAA are very well done. The school makes an effort to provide nice facilities and other necessities for athletics.”
Jacky: “My time here at Auburn has been great. It’s such a God oriented environment. You can truly see God is here at the Academy.”
Minsu: “I had a great time at AAA. All the teachers and students in AAA are nice and kind.”
Armaan: “I liked the environment at Auburn and I’ve enjoyed my time here.”
Logan: “I had a relatively good experience in AAA, admittedly I didn’t like talking about God every 5 minutes and there were some hiccups that made it at times unbearable. I still did enjoy some of the activities even though it leaves me drained of all energy it helped me kinda loosen up.”
What are a couple of your favorite memories here?
Nathan: “Considering that my high school life has mostly consisted of athletics, most of all my favorite memories have been from these events. The trips that we take for athletics such as the tournaments at Walla Walla University are some of my favorite memories. We have also gone to many training camps in the summers between years and I really enjoyed those too. Any time that I am able to spend with my friends doing things we like to do create my favorite memories.”
Jacky: “I feel like I have had a lot of great memories here at the Academy alongside my friends. Everyday is a memory.”
Minsu: “When I went to Hawaii for an international trip in Sophomore year, I had a really good time there. It was my favorite memory.”
Armaan: “When we went to Walla Walla University for the soccer tournaments.”
Logan: “Most memories I make tend to either be mediocre looking back or are not as great as I once thought. That being said, there were a couple that stuck out to me as some of the best. For example, last year’s fall festival, though at first was my least favorite due to being required to go, I managed to have some fun and even got a win in the ticket lottery. Another example was when the guy’s dorm had a chain of tourneys(tournaments) and I came in 2nd place in two events of Smash Bros, and Foosball. Still wishing to get a poetry club set up to at least have one more positive memory.”
