In the last issue of Rainier Echoes, we asked Sammy, a Junior at AAA, to show us the process of how he creates his beats. This month we would like to highlight Zion, a Senior here at AAA. Zion is very talented in many things. He plays sports, and he plays many instruments, including the piano, guitar, and the trumpet. In this video, he will be showing how he makes some of his beats on a program called Logic Pro X.

The word February, is actually one of the most misspelled words in the English language, even being misspelled by the White House on a press release.


The amount of days in February has changed several times over time, having 23 days at one point.


February is Black history month, in which the achievements made by African Americans are celebrated. It starts on the first of February and ends on the first of March.


The first Valentine's Day was celebrated in the year 496. It started off as a Roman festival called Lupercalia in mid February to signify the start of Spring. It was later changed to St. Valentine's Day by Pope Gelasius.


February is the only month that can pass without a full moon.
